How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

At Joel’s Design & Remodeling, we work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered on time.
• In-stock home décor & furniture items are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
• Made-to-order or bespoke luxury furniture may take 4–8 weeks depending on customization and materials.
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Do you offer custom or made-to-order furniture?

Yes! We specialize in bespoke luxury furniture tailored to your taste, space, and lifestyle. From material selection to finishes and sizing, our design team will work with you to create a piece that is uniquely yours. Custom orders typically take 6–10 weeks to craft and deliver.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship nationwide across the United States, and also offer international shipping on select items. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of the order. For large furniture deliveries, we use specialized freight partners to ensure safe arrival.

How much does shipping cost?

Small décor items: Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates.
• Furniture & oversized items: Flat-rate or freight shipping applies depending on weight and dimensions.
• We also offer white-glove delivery in select areas, which includes assembly and packaging removal.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, returns are accepted on most standard items within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.
• Custom & made-to-order furniture: Non-returnable due to the personalized nature.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Do you offer installation services?

For certain items, yes! Our team can assist with assembly and installation in select regions. For large-scale remodeling or custom furniture projects, installation is included as part of the service package.

How do I care for my furniture?

We recommend following the care instructions provided with each piece. General guidelines include:
• Dust regularly with a soft cloth.
• Use coasters and pads to prevent heat or moisture damage.
• Avoid harsh cleaning products.
• For upholstered items, consider professional cleaning once a year.

Can I visit a showroom?

We currently operate primarily online, but offer private design consultations (virtual or in-person by appointment) to help you select the perfect pieces for your home.
